"Yesterday is but today's memory, and tomorrow is today's dream."
Very talented artist and though many of my fraternity brothers are gifted in their own right, Ralph definitely has the the gift of creativity. You should visit his site Reido Design

I can’t wait to get on this over the long 4th of July weekend, that is of course if I ever make it out of the parties alive! I’ve read this article twice today, but I was hesitant to get on Google with all the work that has been piling up. I know for sure this thing will suck a few additional hours out of the day! But no complaints here. I’ve been waiting a while. Take a look at this intro and if you like what you read, head on over to Mashable for the rest, the link is at the bottom…I have posted a screenshot of the homepage. Looks sweeeeeeet!
Google has finally unveiled Google+, the company’s top secret social layer that turns all of the search engine into one giant social network.
Google+, which begins rolling out a very limited field test on Tuesday, is the culmination of a year-long project led by Vic Gundotra, Google’s senior vice president of social. The project, which has been delayed several times, constitutes Google’s answer to Facebook.
The search giant’s new social project will be omnipresent on its products, thanks to a complete redesign of the navigation bar. The familiar gray strip at the top of every Google page will turn black, and come with several new options for accessing your Google+ profile, viewing notifications and instantly sharing content. The notification system is similar to how Facebook handles notifications, complete with a red number that increases with each additional notice.
I love photography! I should’ve taken more classes at Dartmouth. Mike from Germany aka Gwarf on deviant art takes breath taking photos of these foreign landscapes. Frozen in time for us to appreciate!
Just about finished with 37Signals Rework..awesome read! Most controversial chapter title: Emulate the drug dealer! That definitely had me laughing, and after reading..made total sense. Here is a recap
In the book Rework, Jason Fried and David Heinemeier Hanssone of 37signals take a critical look at marketing, hiring, and other practices associated with building a business. Rework takes aim at marketing, hiring, and other disciplines associated with building a business as if they were bottles lined up against a wall. Then it blows them away.
Photography has never been my strong suit, but Sanya Khomenko knows nothing of the sort. Take a look!
I was grateful to work with Exit41 as it exposed me to many different brands. One in particular needed more then a simple brand reproduction. They were so new that they had very little built collateral. Brand new in the Boston area, Bailey & Sage had embraced many of Exit41′s online solutions and have seen great success in their early endeavors. I had the opportunity to develop a simple website, months before their first store was open..with the branding, logo, and color scheme developed, I simply had to let the creative process take over. It was tons of fun developing this site and a great opportunity.
Amazing Illustration work from Lois Van Baarle. Raw, energetic, and full of emotion. Take closer look and enjoy!
One habit that is great to have as a designer is to always see what others are creating. Remember though we have the same tools, the way we use them can drastically change the outcome of any design project. When ever I’m aske dthe question “Where do you get inspiration from?” Typically I have a myriad of sources, but specifically online there are a few resources I’d like to share.
Go Media is a great resource for designers, with top of the line tutorials on many different design programs, including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop!
CSSRemix
CSSRemix is a collection of user submitted website created and designed with the best and most up-to-date CSS and Java Influence websites. Great resource to see what others in your field are doing.
Tutorial 9 is a great resource again for Photoshop tutorials. Especially for experts such as myself its always great to go back and learn new and valuable to share with clients.
Not only one of the most beautifully design websites on the net to-date, N-Design Studio is a great resource for designers. Check out the amazing Icon sets!
Just as the tagline says “Abducted by Design” This is a great resource for designers to check out what mainstream designers and local talent are curretnly putting out.
I visit these sites regularly to keep me informed of the many design trends, and new website that are being created. Enjoy!
Have had this one for a while, and though the stories (scrolls) are great and inspiring, to be honest I haven’t been really putting it to practice. I will slowy start the excerscies soon enough, but it is filled with great quotes, which we all know I love. Also the cover art for my particular edition makes it seem magical!
Here’s a quick rundown from Amazon
Here, in one volume, are the three most famous and beloved of Og Mandino’s twenty-two books:
